Brett Lopez

Brett joined the team at Mansour Lawyers in April 2016. 

 

He acts on a broad range of matters including commercial litigation, corporate insolvency and restructure, and commercial transactions including business purchases and sales, corporate share sales and investments and commercial leasing. Brett advises a diverse range of clients, including individuals, companies and businesses of all sizes and liquidators. Brett also acts for incorporated associations and not for profit organisations and advises on all aspects of their regulated statutory obligations.

 

Additionally, Brett has experience in conducting litigation in all Victorian Courts and Tribunals.

 

Prior to joining Mansour Lawyers, Brett practiced at a boutique commercial law firm.
