Brett Lopez

Brett joined the team at Mansour Lawyers in 2016 and became partner in 2025.
Brett brings a wealth of experience in guiding clients across a broad spectrum of industries through complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters. His practice encompasses a vast array of areas, including debt recovery, breaches of commercial contracts, property and construction-related conflicts, corporate and individual restructures, bankruptcy proceedings, shareholder disputes, breaches of directors’ duties, and cases involving misleading or deceptive conduct.

Brett has conducted litigation claims for clients in all Victorian courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.
Kennan Lungu
Senior Associate
Kennan joined Mansour Lawyers in September 2021 having previously worked as a solicitor with a law firm in regional Victoria.
Kennan brings a wealth of legal experience from his work in England & Wales and Zambia.
He advises small to medium enterprises, investors, and high-net-worth individuals across a broad spectrum of Corporate and Commercial matters, as well as Wills and Estates.
With years of experience in property transactions, Kennan has guided clients through the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial, and residential land, along with leasing arrangements in retail, industrial, and commercial sectors.
He is also well-versed in drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements for companies, individuals, and trusts — including shareholders’ agreements, loan contracts, leases, and business and franchise sale agreements.

Claudia Milesi-Humm
Claudia is a dedicated litigation lawyer whose legal journey began in her native New Zealand, where she spent the formative years of her career immersed in a diverse array of civil and commercial litigation. Over the course of five years, she appeared in various courts and specialist tribunals across the country, including the esteemed Court of Appeal.
In March 2025, Claudia joined the team at Mansour Lawyers. Her practice now encompasses a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, including debt recovery, contractual disputes, property and construction matters, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and private dispute resolution. Her ability to swiftly grasp the intricacies of each case allows her to provide thoughtful and strategic guidance, tailored to her clients’ unique needs.
